1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement applicable between bat66 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the bat66 platform or creating an account, you will be considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2. Account Registration

To play games or place bets on the bat66 platform, creating a valid account is required. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. bat66 will decide whether the deposited funds will be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at bat66. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals can be made after completing the wagering requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bat66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and the bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times (15x).

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).
• One welcome bonus applies per deposit.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using bonus balance.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.

5.3 VIP Program

bat66's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier upgrades depend on active gaming activity and loyalty. The cashback amount is determined at the discretion of the bat66 authority.

6. Gaming Rules

All games at bat66 are conducted fairly and impartially. Game results are determined neutrally using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All members have equal opportunity.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game stops due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned.
• Game results are final. If there is any suspicion of an error, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.
• Cashback is calculated based on each member's net loss or net bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If the result of any event changes after the match has started, the related bet may be cancelled.
• Betting settlement is based on official results.
• Specific terms related to live betting apply separately.
• For BPL, IPL, T20, ICC and other tournaments, the rules of the organising body will take precedence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat66 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture and legal action.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Attempting to access another member's account.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

bat66 is opposed to all forms of money laundering activity. bat66 reserves the right to immediately suspend an account and notify the relevant authorities if suspicious financial activity is detected.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bat66 may suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• A pattern of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If the member is found to be a minor.
• If the member requests to close the account themselves.

In the event of account closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned within 3 to 7 business days. However, if the account is closed due to a violation of the terms, the balance may be forfeited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
